“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Hey guys, about 5 years ago I worked out steadily for only 6 months. In that period of time, my weight went from 140 lbs to 170 lbs. I'm only 5'11''. Everyone I knew thought I was well-built, but I thought I needed another 15-20 lbs to be where I wanted to be.

My question to you guys: what is your ideal weight for your height?

I'm 5'11", I want to be 185-190lbs. I'm at 180 right now so by the end of the summer I should be set.

It really depends. Any weight range where you have a full range of motion (i.e. can touch your own damn back!) and good lateral movement (i.e. movement useful in sports) is "ideal".

If you play a power sport for school or even professionally your "ideal" weight might be in the upper range at 5'11", about 200 pounds. If you're a normal, healthy guy, with a trim, attractive bild, then maybe 170-180 in ultra-lean muscle is "ideal". It also depends on your natural build. Are you an ectomorph or a mesoprph or an endomorph? An meso/endomorph would always weigh more than an ectomorph at the same height.

If you're from Europe or Asia, most women would not find the typical American physique attractive. It's cultural - the focus there is on streamline, lean, svelte bodies. On the same note, not as many men love "booties fo' da pushin'" like they do in Ameirca. I don't even think the term exists ouside of the US. America has the biggest bodies, but also the fattest, thank the culture of over-consumption and exaggerated physicality. That's also why we have the reputaion of dressing like shiat; we can't get any nicely draped clothes to cover our gargantuan bodies.

There are many many factors, so I don't think it is possible to determine what an "ideal weight" is.
