“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Every person is different. I wanted to check how you are when you go to the gym. Do you scream, do you drop your weights or slam them when you have lifted something heavy. Or are you quite and peaceful?

Do you think it's ok to scream or is it bad. ? What do you think of people who toss weights? Tell me =)

BTW: I grunt when I lift heavy and drop and slam the weights when I break a record or something.

Don't we have a single screamer on this board ?

By slamming I mean, maybe breaking the record in benching and letting the bar down in the powerrack with a slam. Just to show the weight you conquered it.

I am quiet but I drop my dumbbells because i can't hold them anymore. One time I dropped it on my right eye. It really hurt, but yeah, I train at home.

So, does that make you a screamer kerensky, or do you only scream when you drop things in your head? :p

Kerensky, I want to start lifting at home. What do you do for a spotter?

I don't have a spotter. I use dumbbells and pray that I don't drop stuff on my head. If I had more money I would get a barbell rack.

Lifeforce: I just kinda go FFFFFFF with my mouth and breathe and swear under my breath cuz my parents are like directly upstairs. I don't think they'd let me work out by myself anymore if I started screaming. But yeah, I said the black eye was from falling out of my bed and I hit the chair.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

If you're alone db is the way to go, you don't need a spotter for those. Sorry about your black eye though, I dropped a db in my head when I did arnold presses, and it really hurted!

Many people who go FFFFFFFFFF in this thread.... I go FFFFFFFFF to... and do alot of ugly faces. When I lift heavy people tell me I smile. That's weird.

well I have my own gym in the backyard. I scream when there's no one and im trying to fight the weighti. I do that when it takes me more than 30 seconds to push the freaking thing up. It would be at a stale mate where I can't seem to get it up pass the half way point. I'll be telling my friend(spotter) DONT HELP!! ARRRRR!!!! Until I get it. haha I don't know about you, but it gives me an adrenaline, trying to conquer that weight. BUTTTT of course when I'm at the gym which I don't go to anymore, I never screamed. That's just embarrassing. haha
There are some people out there that judge you coz you scream also. "look at that fool, he thinks screaming will help him!"

As for slamming the weights, hell no I don't do that. That would ruin my floor or injur me!
