What you should do:
1) Pay more attention to her / spend more time with her
2) Let her know that u appreciate her
3) DO NOT act insecure when she sais this kind of thing, think of it more as a "way to get ur attention and tell u that she doesnt feel that appreciate her enough"
4) She might also be saying that U are "lucky" to have her cause all these other guys also want her, and she could be with any of them, but she is with you, so u better start "appreciating" her more, or u might end up loosing her.
Notice how the world appreciate comes up often in this post, the reason for this is because its the key word that u need to take note to. Make her feel appreciated!
