"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

Hey guys. I have no problem with women except for the fact that they're more interested in my friends than me. I know I am better than them in terms of dealing with women (and I know so because I'm the one who give them advices)but when it comes to attraction it always seems to be like I am the one who end up suffering. I just don't understand what the deal is. I know there isn't much information for you guys to judge what is going on but can you tell me what could the problem be because I just cannot figure it out by myself. thanks

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Simple keep your friends away from you on a date...or seal the deal with the lady before she meets your friends.

ok maybe im acting selfish and overboard for wanting every single women that i meet but it isn't the fact that I let them meet, but my friends are physically more attractive than I am. also the fact that I just can't simply get my friends to stay away from every girl that I know.

Sometimes you can't win them all. Be careful where you are going with this sort of thinking. This 'loser' or 'victim' mentality is not a good one to be particing. And never believe for once that your situation is exceptional in some special way.

You say you're better when it comes to dealing with women compared to your friends. However, since final results do not confirm this, I'm assuming that you are actually telling yourself that you treat women well, you can talk to them or they confide in you and that all this should equal the girl wanting to be with you. Instead, they go for your friends and you are extremely puzzled and confused as to why this is.

Those girls don't want you because they just don't. It seems worse that they want your friends instead, but it really doesn't make a difference whether they want your friends or they want some stranger dude. It's harder when it's your friends because you see them happy with the girl that you wanted. You see them getting the things you wanted. And this gets you jealous, sad, lonely and whatever pathetic feeling. Here's the thing though, I feel it too. The difference is, I do not let these feelings take over my thoughts. It comes to me for a moment, I reflect on it and realize it's a pathetic way of feeling. It would be utterly disrespectful to myself to allow it to effect me and thus my attention and feelings are diverted and focused on other things.

Some things are just beyond your ability to fully control. This issue with girls you like going after your friends is one of them. Just let it go man.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

For beginners? STOP BEATING AROUND THE BUSH.

Don't ask "Why are they more attracted to my friends than me?"

You should be asking, "HOW DO I GET BETTER AT ATTRACTING CHICKS?"

The more you try to blame others for why your world isn't the way you want it to be, the more you're giving power to these people to control your reality as it is. The problem isn't the chicks, the problem isn't your friends. The problem is YOU.

Keep elevating...

I agree with JonJack. My ex-girlfriend left my best friend for me. She left me for him. She left him for my other best friend. She left my other best friend for me, again. Then, she went back to my other best friend. As you can imagine, there were (and still are) a lot of emotions going on between myself and my closest group of friends. The last time her and I got together, I told her about some ugly chick that he ****ed. I said something along the lines of "he'll **** anything" and she replied with - "Yeah, anything but me!". That's when I had enough. I stopped caring.

The problem is that we are ALL attractive guys with similar personality's which makes it hard for women to choose between us. When push comes to shove, I'm the shortest. Therefor, I usually end up with the short end of the stick. But I make up for it in other area's (such as I'm more athletic then the other two).

In the long run, it doesn't really matter. I realize that some women are going to choose them over me. Some women are going to choose me over them. Then you're going to have the sluts (my ex-girlfriend) who chooses us all and becomes a black plague between us (eliminating our "bro's before ho's" way of doing things). None of us hang out anymore (you can imagine why). And I've noticed that without them around, my chances of getting the girl are much better. Even if there is a more attractive guy around. I imagine if we still hung out we'd all go our seperate ways when it comes to picking up women as I'm pretty sure they feel the same way about me as I feel about them. We wouldn't act like friends in the clubs and we wouldn't introduce each other to our girlfriends because we'd have learned from experience that it's not a good idea.
