"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

A lot of threads here, at least from the newbies, are the problem of weak FRAME

What's clear is that we can fake some frames and we can have a lot of situational frames also....

But listen, I think it's fundamental that you have a backup fundamental frame.....

WTF is that? say for example you were arrested tonight.........they hand cuffed your ass and threw you in the car........you know what's going to happen?? You're true frame is going to come out, boy...

.....if you're a b!tch and that's your real inner frame.....guess what? You're going to cry like a b!tch.
....if you have a fake frame and they lock you up.......the little boy is going to come out...

.....if you thing you're a PRINCE and then they throw you in the cell......and you're not a prince.......you're going to be found out.......you're going to cry like a b!tch

However, if You are a PRINCE and you breath and you live like you are a prince. When trouble hits you.......for it will, rest assured..........then that fvcking PRINCE will stay intact

If you don't have a backup FRAME to go to and that FRAME is not real..........gentlemen, what the fvck is going to come out when you are thrown in that cell?

of course, when I talk about CELL it's a metaphor for the problems of life

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

There is no " back up " frame. You are what you know you are. Introspection is key to knowing that.
When life throws you ****, you either deal with it in the best possible way, run away, or as you say "cry like a *****".

Then you simply do not get FRAME.

We are who we are is a cop out. But sometimes it's a find out....

I'm talking about adversity my friend, when your back is thrown to the wall....

You are who you are? Maybe. what about a back up Frame? what if you are who
you are is not handling being thrown against a wall? Got a back up frame that you can
slip into?

David Banner? "You won't like me when I'm angry"

extreme example but surely you get my point?

Yes, dealt with adversity many times. If the situation is severe enough, you will not get through it by pretending to have a certain frame, aka not who you are.
If your inner frame or personality is weak, self improvement is key.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Giddy, like a fat kid in a cake shop. That's what we don't want, right?

Frame ultimately has to come naturally. I went through many, many years where I had frame but I had to work at it and think about it in order to keep it. It was maturing and growing. Eventually I reached a point where it came naturally.. And from then on I never had to think about it again. It just was. And that's how I am now. I noticed that once I got to this point I got 100x more respect from people, people I know and strangers alike. For me anyway, frame came in parallel with mental toughness. Going through many things in life and getting through them built both frame and mental toughness at the same time.
