"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Alright, I'll try to summarize as best I can:

I'm an ex-Nice Guy, AFC, however you want to call it. I started looking at the DJ bible around six months ago when I was at rock-bottom. The posts by Pook really inspired me to devote myself to doing what I love in life, and I'm better for it. I don't treat women the same way (ie, kissing ass, Nice Guy S.O.P.). The problem is, now I've gone to a different side of the spectrum: I'm a complete a$$h*le, usually without trying to be.

It seems I can't open my mouth without saying something offensive. Sure, it used to be funny as hell, but now I'm starting to get worried. It's like everytime a girl even talks to me I start flashing back to how things used to be like, and I get super defensive and say whatever simply to shut them down. And this is not the kind of a$$h*le attitude that's successful: I get even less play than I used to. I want to have fun, damn it, this isn't who I am!

Positive: I don't NEED a girl anymore, although I do want one. Negative: I don't know how to find a balance between not being desperate, and being a woman-hater. If anyone's been here before, or at least has some idea as to what I'm talking about, hit me up. Peace.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

yea i have gone through same thing in the beginning. you are simply so pissed at them that you want to hate them. its your animalistic instincts at work...

dont be a woman hater...dont be a woman lover...never treat them like they are important...becayse they are not...they are just animals built around years of evolution....guys are animals too but with a different nature ...anything could happen with them!!! : they might cheat on you, they might start loving you like mad, they talk behind ur back, they might want to use you...they are tools lol, just have fun, look at everything as positive( including women) and learn.

This world is a jungle...you have to work really hard for sucess simply due to so many other ppl living ...but with a positive attitude towards it.

Don't hate women, only because you were a AFC and women might have rejected you in the past. Read somewhere on this site something like this: Women don't lie, it's just men that don't Listen..

If you understand attraction you'll see that women are being more logical.

When frustrated, go work out.. or take some boxing lessons. Do something with a lot of competition.. this works always for me.

Thanks for the feedback, it sounds pretty dead-on. I'll do what I can, and hopefully things happen.
