From what i've read, this guy is in high school. From what I remember in high school, the majority of people know one another or at least know of each other.
So, this isn't a cold approach at all.
It sounds like BS because, yes this can be done all the time, go up to some chic, ask if she has a bf, but 99.9 percent of the time, unless you know her or you are at school or a bar, this BS won't work.
Too many people on this site believe in the whole RAT PACK mentality of movies. Back in the 80's there were all these movies where the NERDS, the geeks, not so good looking guys would be the loser but by the end of the movie, they would wind up with the girl.
As most people who have lived life, it don't work that way in reality.
The Star cheerleader most likely will date the star football player. Yes there are exceptions, but it's reality. Reading crap on this website anymore, I'm reminded of all those BS movies. Too many people watch that crap, believe it, and then go out and wind up hurting themselves.

HOW ARE YOU HELPING some HIGH school kid or college kid, who, maybe he isn't a brad pitt look alike, maybe he isn't a star sports player, and most likely he struggles with the ladies, so he comes to this site, reads many of the BS posts, falls for it, finally gets up enough courage to go out and do it, and then BAM. He's smacked in the face with reality. But as many know, esp in high school, other kids will def put him down and embarrass him. Yeah as you grow older this crap don't matter as much, but when your still young and learning and confused, this crap does matter to you.
To much BS on this site anymore that everybody believes. OH MY, it was on sosuave, it must be true.
