"You look innocent."

Any of you have the 'innocent' or 'nice guy look?' It doesn't really matter whether you actually are a bad boy, or a jerk...but a fair amount of people have that look about them which says 'nice guy.'

I'm 19, and most people think I'm like 16-17. I have that cute/innocent look apparently (or so a lot of different girls have said)...and it is a disadvantage at times because generally the girls that are interested me tend to be the innocent ones...even if they are better looking than the popular type girls my friends get. I like the bad girls, not the innocent ones. I'm a good looking guy, but I guess a lot of the hot b!tches don't see me on the same level.

It kinda makes sense because mostly the type of girls my friends get are the non-innocent looking ones. My friends don't really have that innocent look at all (I'm one of 2 who has that look in the group) which is a bonus. Then the girls that are usually interested in me (and the ones I feel I have the greatest shot at) are the cute looking ones - who usually tend to be fairly shy.

I know I should just treat every girl the same, no matter how they look. But just from my experience, I get much better responses from the cute/innocent girls then those popularesque (but often not as good looking) types. Actually after writing this I've kind of inspired myself to just go for the bad girls and see what happens. You guys know what I'm getting at here?

I got this from my ex all the time when I shaved my goatee... but last Saturday I climbed the tallest mountain in Arizona, and I let the goat grow and had a fair amount of facial hair, the true mountain man look, and I started talking to this girl at the top. We talked for an hour, then hiked the way down, at the end she asked how old are you? I'm 20 years old, and she said WOW, you look so much older, like 25 or something.

Mind you she's like 25, and she has a hot eastern european accent, but she lives 2 hours from me!! gah.

Same problem here. I'm 21 but look more like tiny little 17 years old guy I guess bulking up will do it for me.

Yeah, I can relate too.

I'm 21 and I get the "you look 17" thing a lot. I got that 'pretty boy' look ... and girls usually don't say I'm hot, they say I'm cute. It doesn't matter though

I think it also has to do with how you act. I'm usually joking/playful ... so cute is a fitting description.

Although, occasionally older girls say I look older? Not shaving for a few days does help. I also have a goattee.

But like Sometimes said ... it's definitely trait I'm thankful to have for the long run ...

I get that too. I'm 18 but when I let my facial hair grow more, it makes me look like I'm in 20's. When I'm clean-shaven, I look like a teenager. I sincerely hope that my mom's aging trait was passed onto to me... Seriously, no one thinks my mom is as old as she is. She's in her late 30's now (yes, she had me at a young age) but looks no where to close to being in her late 30's. Most people think my mom is in her mid to late 20's. Of course, when she tells them her age, they think she's lying. When she tells people that she has an 18 year old son, they don't believe her. They think I'm her younger brother. Hahaha.
