how do you handle that? maybe i have, mabye not.. i dont know, but if so, how can i be hmm i dont know why im board so its kinda hard to find out why,, anyway do somone have some advice for beeing less board? what can i do?

I have an idea. Learn how to spell. That should take up quite a bit of time for you.
