"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

...and it makes you an Alpha because you do it on your terms.

See the difference in buying a black dress and sending it over with a note that reads "get ready and wear this, I'll pick you up at 7" and
going shopping with her and having her ask "would you buy this for me sweetie?"

Mainly the way to make that distinction is to do it before she asks, and do it when it is unexpected, and do it because making her happy makes you genuinely happy.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

You can do nice things and not seem like a "beta". It's all based on how these niceties are presented.

This is the difference between being "nice" and being nice. It's all about your agenda or lack thereof. Guys who are "nice" do it with an agenda, such as in the hopes of making her like him, fvck him and so on. Guys who are nice do it just because.

Most guys who are "nice" will deny that they do it as part of an attempt to reach a desired outcome. They'll also fail at differentiating "nice" and nice, believing they are genuinely nice when they're not really.

Some folks core is "nice", others folks core is "non giving". When you fake it to get something that's usually bad.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

The problem is those folks that are nice at their core get accused of faking it.

A woman will never remember all the “nice” things you did for her, but she will forever remember all the negative things you did. Keep that in mind when you think about “giving freely”

Wrong.

You don't do it to make her happier.

You do it because it amuses you to do so, her feelings is irrelevant, it's a bonus if she likes it and it's also a bonus is she doesn't - that way you know you must replace her with a newer younger version.

This. When a dude does something, he does it for himself not to illicit a reaction; positive or negative. Doing something in the hopes that another person would appreciate or do the same for you is covert and needy.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
