"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

This girl (who happens to live close to me, very close) and I had been flirting hard with each other for a short while. When she did it I would just brush it off or would just play around and tease her, nothing serious. Anyway about a two months ago she started stepping it up, so I did too. Then I noticed I had started taking the inicative, I would push up on her get sensual and sexual with her, etc. I still tried to play it save, I tired to avoid the AFC urges in my body, and she seemed like she was reallying feeling me. Then she did a 180, she just started ignoring me and freezing me out, and she even starting openly flirting with my roommate in front of me. Instead of losing my temper, I just cut her off, I stopped talking to her, when she would say hi, I would just ignore her, it seemed to drive her crazy. So one day she sends her room mate over to talk to me, basicaly to ask why I stopped talking to her. The first thing that came out my mouth was "Cause she's a *****, and you can tell her I said that."
It gets back to her and one night she tried to confront me about, I calmly but firmly told her "Only speak to me when spoken too and get the phuck up outta my face, *****." and I left. Since then, its been about a month now, I haven't said sh!t to her nor she me, but that tension between us is still there, I can feel it, cause I see the broad every day, and she is always staring into my face.

“The 22 Rules That Turned Me From Invisible to Irresistible With Women… Starting Tonight”

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

yaa, she is wondering what the fvck is going on with you, and so am I?????????????

Ignoring her is fine. I would have done it too. Totally cut her off, notting more but the "hi" & "bye"

what the hell are you doing giving her **** and cursing...?????

The poitn of ignoring her is to show that it doesn't botter you and that you can move on just like that. I also would have hinted her that she is acting like a slut. NOT "TOLD" HER, but HINTED......

You need some reading to do BOYYYYY

Yeah, what spider_007 said.
You can't outright insult someone for nothing. What did she really do wrong? You came across as an ass with a short fuse. no wonder she's not talking to you.

If you want to sort it out, just say a friendly 'hi' to her next time you see her & act like nothing happened. If she asks about it, just say you were going through some though times or something.

I think the name calling was out of line. But mistakes are to be learned from.

All fine and dandy but like everyone else said, why would you need to curse at her? The point of ignoring her is to create interest when she starts to become an attention *****. Not to say "**** YOU I NEVER WANT TO SEE YOU AGAIN." Cause guess what, you just told her to and she'll oblige.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
