"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

fellow DJS, whats up?

Need your opinion on this.

Im in this situation with this chick at work,
she pretty much hangs out with all the people in my department except me, she would talk about things they would do for the weekend while standing next to me and not tell me about it? I mean, we talk and everything at work, she flirts a lot, I play around with her, etc etc. She knows im a fun person. ****y and funny type. Been working with her for 4 years now. Anyone been in this similiar situation.. I mean, not just at work but outside work too.

She is probably as cute as this chick:

Im an ok looking guy prolly between 7.5 and 8.

“The 22 Rules That Turned Me From Invisible to Irresistible With Women… Starting Tonight”

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

Let's look at the facts:
  • You've worked with her for ~4 years now.
  • You're the only person she doesn't hang out with from work.
  • She doesn't initiate or involve herself in conversations with you regarding "fun" things (i.e. weekend parties).
What are you wanting to know? Obviously she's not interested...

Have you told this girl how you feel about her? I mean you don't have to pour your heart out to her but unless you've discussed the possibilty of you two at least dating then you haven't really explored the situation to the fullest.

4 years ago would of made her what 14 so I don't think time would have too much to do with it. I don't know of anygirl who hasn't gone through some major changes emotional and physically. But you'll never know unless you at least attempt to clear the air.

What kind of friendship do you have with this girl? Have you discussed dating and curennt/ past relationships before? There could be some hints she was dropping for you like bread crumbs.

Never assume a girl is in her right mind when it comes to guys, not inviting you places inside and outside of work may not be the end of the world for you, you said yourself that you two play around and talk (you didn't really say what about but i have to assume it's some what positive). I've had girls intentionally leave me out from places but often times when I've had later conversations with them they've had some crazy dream of me showing up anyway and sweeping them off their feet. Like I'm some kind of psychic or something.

Regardless of the situation you should use one of your in freaquent conversations to at least get yourself some clues about how she feels, if not to clear the air when it comes to you entirely. Maturity my friend maturity, if you don't ask her any questions and she has no intentions of telling you how she feels then you'll never get anywhere.
