No matter what, this is the frame of mind that you should always have.

This does require that you make a significant effort at becoming the best version of yourself that you possibly can. All you can do is your best. And when you're doing your best, there is no reason not to have the mindset of a high-value man. There's no reason not to have the mentality of a celebrity.

When a woman doesn't treat you like a rock star, celebrity, or a high-value man, you need to walk away from her. And if you decide to keep her in your life, then at the very least you need to not take her seriously or care at all about what she thinks of you anymore. She isn't worthy of that right. When you have the mentality of a high-value man, being disregarded by women simply won't be condoned because of the respect that you have for yourself. You understand that you're valuable, that you're desirable, and won't accept a woman in your life who doesn't feel - and thus act - the same way.

How would a woman conduct herself if she had the opportunity to be with a man whom she REALLY believed is high-value - like a rock star or celebrity in her eyes? If she is looking for a relationship and views you as high-value, she will make it abundantly clear that she's interested in you. She'll do whatever she has to do to be with you. She'll initiate contact and communication with you. She'll be on her best behavior with you. She wouldn't want to do anything at all which could potentially result in you being disinterested in her and roaming off with some other woman. She'll do everything in her power to prevent such things from happening. She simply has to have you, and will do almost anything she can to make this happen.

In other words she'll ENSURE that, unless you possess inferior social skills, it's absolutely clear to you as to how bad she wants you. If you feel that she's not that interested in you, then you walk away. If you feel that she just views you as "okay," then walk away. If she's giving you a bunch of BS, you ignore her and walk away. Why? Because as a man with the high-value mentality, you understand that you simply do not have to endure such disregard.

that is not what the OP said. There is a big, gigantic difference between a girl making it known that they are into you and they like you, and "doing anything they can to get with you"

It depends on the individual rock star/celeb/etc. I look at being alpha as it is traditionally viewed, like among a pack of wolves for instance. The biggest, strongest wolf is the alpha wolf because this wolf has the most power and influence. Being alpha or beta IMO is relative to those who you're around. Being alpha/beta depends on your power and influence, and what these things afford you. The person who has the most power and influence because of their resourcefulness or attractiveness, the more alpha they are.

By this logic, just because you get laid a lot may render you an alpha in some social environments, but not in others. Getting laid a lot may actually make you a pariah in some instances. So I would say that, since rock stars/celebs have a ton of influence and power, they are alphas in that since. They may or may not get laid a lot, but they are alphas in the game of life.

This I agree with 100%. In dating, when a woman doesn't view you as high-value, then you're not valuable to her. She won't be on her best behavior with you as a result, and she won't make her interest in you known. When this or any of the above happens, I next her.

In theory this sounds solid but it's just more community bravado bullshït. If I followed this rule I would never get laid again. I can categorically say that in my life I'd say there have been only three girls who have treated me like a rockstar. But there have been numerous others who have done the most unholy things with me. Also the majority of these girls haven't given me problems, yeah they may not answer the odd text and be a little flakey but at the end of the day given the right circumstances, they come good. Thinking about the last 5 girls I slept with they've all shown behaviour that was by definition low interest but at the end of the day, I got what I wanted so why should I give a crap? The one thing I don't like about the celebrity analogy is that if she's just met me why should she be treating me as if I'm super high value. I'm a normal guy, I'm a bit sexy and witty but that's it. It would be weird for her to see me in any other way because I'm not that special. I know I'm not special, there are probably tons of other guys she'd like to fück who have more money, more handsome, have a cooler job compared to myself. This isn't an exclusive club even though she'll give you the illusion that it is. Attraction and high interest is fleeting so don't place so much emphasis on it because one day it's going to be gone and you'll be forever chasing that again and again when you don't need to be. Yeah certain behaviour isn't ideal and it's not really my place to preach what you should and shouldn't put up with but having such high expectations is weird. This is coming from myself, I'm dating the hottest girl I know and she's obsessed with me. Sometimes her being so into me is too much and I'd prefer if she'd back off a little. The whole having a girl in the palm of your hand idea is overrated. Personally I think it comes from insecurity and the need to know that you are in total control of her and her emotions. It's like saying "if she can't be completely manipulated, she's not worth it," which is a little weird. It's good in theory, it's talking a good game but in reality there are hitches in plans and if you're going by the book you'll pass up plenty of girls who will come good if you give them time.
