"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

A lot of guys advocate for the thinking that "You are the prize". However, it seems to be in conflict with the advocating of cold approaches.

If you really did believe you were the prize, wouldn't you NOT cold approach (since women should be approaching you first)?

Personally, I cold approach - in fact, I did one at the gym today. I need to do this in order to gain access to women. However if I were more successful with women, and thus the "prize" I would not cold approach at all since I would expect the woman to do all the work to get me. I highly doubt that Leonardo DiCaprio cold approaches.

Discuss.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

This is just my opinion.

But, cold approach should be used as a spring board for rapport. It shows confidence, regardless of status. It's making small talk with a pretty woman to gauge her interest, her personality, etc. I would never ask a woman out off of one cold approach. She wants to be comfortable with you and this comfort level won't ever come if you come off as a stranger.

Being "a prize" is not so much about being a prize for a woman. It's more about being awesome for the sake of yourself. If you are happy with your life, a lot of positivity will naturally showcase itself in your casual interactions with total strangers and close friends. Girls just want a confident happy guy, that's part of being the prize.

I am willing to bet that Leo DiCaprio would probably be "a prize" using this theory even if he didn't have a woman in his life. Just a wild guess, he is probably not outcome reliant and that's why his life is good.

Women approach him when he is out, that is why he is the prize.

These two do not need to be mutually exclusive. You should be approaching her with active disinterest. Not approaching is inactive disinterest. Approach with the mindset of "you look cute, but are you interesting enough to spend time with me?" Ask her questions to find out if she is cool rather than trying to prove you are the prize.

When you stop worrying about yourself and actually show interest the details of who approached who are meaningless.

I sometimes get approached, but mostly I do it myself without much problem. Being the prize is more about the way you think, if you think you are below her she will think so too. If you think you are above her she will too, and this might work better but is not ideal. Thinking you can have fun together is waaaaaay better, but retain your freedom to walk if she's disrespectful. The prize is indifferent to outer circumstances, he goes for what he wants and displays interest.

Oh there's the "rejection", think of it like she lost a great opportunity.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.
