This means you're pointing out all of the things you don't like about her, and not saying enough of what you do like about her.

Whether the situation warrants it is up to you. We don't know the details of your relationship. If you are finding there are more things about her that you DON'T like about her than you DO, you should consider changing the context of your relationship.
