What I learned...is . They dress according to the climate....hence...less...

But...they dress to up their girlfriends.
Similar to dudes in the gym...upping up the weight

Sexy latin women are crazy because the Catholic Church worships virginity. Mix that with a warm climate and skimpy clothing and you have a hot mess.
