Far be it from me to make suggestions about things, considering my overall lack of quality at all things DJ...
But this "C+F FOCUSED ON HER" stuff is beyond idiotic.
"Funny" and "Confident" are not things you learn out of a textbook or on a message board. A person is humorous because they OBSERVE what is going on around them and PAY ATTENTION to details that other people overlook. Take squirrel's advice and go watch a stand-up comedian; the majority of them make a living by noticing things in life that are absurd and making fun of them, or by making connections that the rest of us overlook.
If you rely on "Canned lines" of dialogue like the author of this thread is asking for, you better hope the conversation doesn't last beyond 2 or 3 minutes because you'll definately run out of material.
This board is great, but too many people just break things down too much. Direction of humor is irrelevant; a good self-depricating (or self-promoting) joke can create good mood just as quickly as a well placed quip about the girl herself or someone else in the bar. She either finds it funny or she doesn't.

First of all, im not normallly ****y, im just confident.
Second of all this is not lame.
Thirdly, people learn differently and there is nothing wrong breaking it down. im not talking philopsical about it like some people out there (those people take it too far, end up talking about how picking up women relates to animals like dogs, thats out there!). If breaking it down is wrong, then ur saying that Tyler Durden is wrong.
At the end of the day its all about a skill. If u know how that skill works back to front then ur aceing ur way.
If u dont then ur not the best u can be.
And if it to master that skill requires u to break it down then so be it.
Fourthly yes i do rely on canned lines but women love my sense of humour anyway so i dont solely rely on canned lines.
but having them when i need them is powerful.
The more u know the more ur powerful as long as u apply it.
So think about it guys.
