Hi,

I've been thinking about buying some of these tablets, but first I wanted to see if anyone around here has tried them. If so, how well do they work? Would it be dangerous to simultaneously consume a protein/meal replacement shake? Are there any similar but more effective supplements on the market which I should consider?

P.S.: My fitness goals are to lose fat and build muscle (I do interval training [for cardio] and lift around 3 days a week)...I'd like more energy to work out after my job etc., so would this kind of supplement be good for me?

Xyience is crap. You can get a lot higher quality brands at cheaper prices. Xyience probably has an advertizing to research funding ratio of 20:1.
