“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Guys, i'm not completely out of shape, but i'm not really where i would like to be..... I want to start working out with my dad (who is a beast) but he told me he won't take me to the gym w/ him until i prove i can do 50 consecutive pushups (he's old school...) Anyways i'm doing that plan on hundredpushups.com and i could do 13 w.o stopping but my back kind of hurts when i do one. Is this because i never really do pushups? Or is it because i have some sort back problem? Will it go away if i continue the plan? Or will it worsen? I would really enjoy your feedback

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Are you doing them with good form? You're not letting your lower back drop, are you? That's the only thing I can think off the top of my head that could cause back pain.
