"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

The advice given to the op was spot on.. problem is when a dude is emotionally invested, all rational thought goes straight out of the fukin window..

Been there, and done that.. it's only when you get burnt, does a dose of reality kick in..

When a girl, starts putting doubt on the RS and is indesisive...

I say dump her first.. premetive strike.. turning her into a fuk buddy is not always an option, if you still have feels for her..

This is easier said, than actually done.. having sex with a girl you love, can end up bringing a lot more pain your way.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

I still had feelings for this girl, and I knew if I tried to turn her in a fu*k b it would mess with my head. That's why I decided to end it. That's why we had the second talk. Otherwise I would try to handle it differently. The biggest mistake I did was not ending it first.

Just one question, did she start all this **** because there's a potential branch swing, or there could be other reasons?

Who knows for sure man... but girls usually always have a second option tucked away somewhere.. branch swinging is just an instinctive thing for them...

To be honest, don't even worry about that chit... that kind of thought process can drive you mad.

All you need to concern yourself with now is.. moving on!

Delete, block EVERYTHING... do NOT ever check her social media... EVER

You are a junkie now, coming off a very potent drug.. it's time to go cold turkey!

When my relationship came to ahead with my ex.. I hit her with a premtive strike.. and dumped her..

I know it's kinda petty... but seriously it cushions the blow, and makes it a little easier to get over her..

Should have did the same thing. In truthfulness i had my doubts and wanted to just walk away but didnt have the guts to do it. Sad sad
Easily done mate.. we still have some hope left, and think to ourselves maybe talking will sort things out.. it rarely does..

They are a bit like cars.. once you start having problems with them, those problems continue to get worse.. and in the long run the costs are high.

It's better to just scrap that piece of chit car.. and invest in a new one!

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

The moment when your logic and realization of a situation that is not working for you and is not ever going to work has the power to overcome your emotional state.

Spot on mate.. for me it was like a moment of clarity.. my ex had been treating me poorly.. my self esteem was low, and i was emotionally invested.

This moment of clarity just came to me, and I felt this sudden pride in myself again.. It woke me up!

And I immediately Nexted her..

There is nothing worse than been treated like crap by a woman and to be dumped on top of that too.

In most cases yes.. But that regret usually comes further down the line.. Months or even a year..

It usually happens when they been dumped or they realise the grass is not greener after all..

By then we either have moved on, or realise we deserve better than her anyway

She is super confused in her own head. If you want drama continue to entertain her. Otherwise get her stuff back and give her as much space as she needs by going no contact.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Let's say sometime passes, she contacts me, which she probably will.

What should I do?

Is she looking for validation or is it genuine interest, how to actually know?

You do nothing.
Taking her back means you are enabling her messed up behavior. She has already proven herself to be incapable of proper communication and disloyal to you. It will not last. You can bet your ass the next time when you hit a roadblock in life she's going to leave you again.

The best thing you can do is tell her politely no, that she has messed up with you. Teach her a lesson, so that she can cherish the next great guy that comes along.

Hard to understand that but so ive heard. I really dont know what i would do.

You do what's best for you.. if a chick leaves me, goes off and fuks other dudes...

Then comes running back, when it didn't work out for her.. i wouldn't touch her again..

Some dudes will.. each to there own!

It is possible she started all the schiit because there are other dogs in the yard but that isn't the issue. There will always be guys around. Not every guy is going to automatically know your GF is in a relationship and not go after her.

The issue is she started the schitt in the first place.

It isn't why did the thief steal the jewelery. The issue is ....he stole the jewelery.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

You've deleted and blocked all contact. So she can't right?

Yeah, deleted all social networks, photos.

I didn't block her number though, I can see no reason to do it.

I think she will get the idea with social networks.

Thats it, whats done is done. Thank you all for the support.

It's hard to say because 98% of women will only end their relationship after already starting a new one with a new guy.
Thats, what I think aswell. I mean as soon as they find someone with higher SMV, they will probe. If it goes well, its a branch swing, even if its not gonna go well.

So guys being guys, I actually asked her that. She said no, swearing on her family. I don't expect she said the truth. I don't know, I guess I will never know. To be honest, I don't wanna care anymore.

Block the number. If you don't she will want validation in 3 or 4 months and try to draw you back in. You will be sorry if you don't.

Read the mountain of posts on the NC challenge board to see where im coming from

The problem with asking her is you are opening the door for 2 things.

1. False hope.

2. Her lying to you. She will justify seeing another dude with some bullcrap like "he is just helping me stain my back deck or vacuuming the pool," all while setting up a new relationship behind your back. The problem with this is her justifying it, she then convinces herself she is doing nothing wrong. We men call it lying. Women feel entitled.

Walk away. NC. Find new women
