Not much of a difference between that burger and those weight-gainer powders that are loaded with sugar.

Neither one contains healthy calories.

Some good weight gainers contain a very good carb/protein ratio. Carbs from these come from maltodextrin, which is a decent complex carb that can be used in some situations. They also contain high quality protein.

That freaking burger is full of saturated fat, useless protein and refined carbs.

Not even close.
