wrists hurt after pusups

can anyone tell me what the problem might be and what i should to fix it. i do my pushups but sometimes while i'm doin them my wrists feel like there's too much pressure on them.

also my back hurts quite a bit after i do pushups any suggestions?

lift up your butt some more when doing pushups, solves the back problem. For the wrist stuff just place your hands in a wider position. That solved both those issues for me.

try also doing pushups with your hand in a fist instead, and on a pad or something to help cushion, i do that and my wrists dont hurt when i do pushups
