So I like wearing shirts sometimes without anything on them. I was thinking of getting a purple shirt with out anything on it. So I would like some opinions, what do you think?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

ANd me personally? No.. I don't think purple looks good on most people.. black, white, or olive-skinned...

Purple looks pretty aweful on most people, especially a big block of purple. Purple-based pattern? Much better. I have a pretty sweet-looking shirt that has patterns with several shades of purples, and a tiny bit of other colours for effect, and I keep getting good comments about it. I doubt I'd get many good comments over a big block of purple draped over me.

That being said, if you're comfortable wearing a purple shirt, go for it. Heck, if you feel like wearing pink, go for it. ("It's not pink, it's fierce SALMON!") It's not the colour (as long as the colour suits you), it's how you wear it.

Gray sportscoat? I dunno. I'd go with black pinstriped, myself, but grey works, too, I guess. It definately works with dark jeans, though.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Touché. I guess I had my dad's ugly old light gray sportscoat in mind.
