"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

no it wasnt not. Reason I asked is because, it seems like everyone on the board goes out with chicks on fridays, saturdays. Never heard of going out during daytime or on a weekday

Well most guys are busy during the week... the also show the girl that they're busy all week, but the "may" be able to fit them in on a Friday night or Saturday. Going out during the day may be seen as unattractive because it shows you have nothing better to do with your time and girls like it when a man is busy and productive and all that... reschedule your date to some other night.

That all depends on the individual situation.

If you work 2nd shift, for example, there would be nothing wrong with going out during the day.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

It could also show you're busy every night. Say you're a student in university and have a part-time job. During the day you're not in class ALL the time, but let's say you work nights. What do you do then? Call in sick for work so you can go on a date so it doesn't look like you don't have anything better to do during the day? Puh-leese.

Would you rather have women think you are busy during the night or during the day? I personally think during the night.

I'd say it's better to be busy during the night, but c'mon, no chick is going to flake on you just based on the one date you go on during the day. Besides, if she goes out with you during the day, and that makes you a loser with no life... what does that say about her?

If you have so little inherent value that you're deathly afraid of going on a date during the day for fear of looking like you have too much free time, then by all means don't go out during the day, but remember that women want a man who's confident and does his own thing, not an automaton that follows all the "rules." It's like following the "3 days before a call" rule; chicks know about it and they expect it. If anything, following those rules makes you lose value because they see that you're just like all the other losers who read some advice online and apply it.

Really? I never really thought that going out during the day makes you look like a looser with no life.. I mean, what could you possibly be doing during the day. Normally, I work out, work on some business, couple errands. Well, I will be calling her to schedule it during the daytime for tomorrow.

I never pick up the phone when she calls me on friday and saturday nights unless we have something scheduled 2 days before to sound busy or on demand (this is from leykus 101. AND YES, it does make sense not to pick up)

Anymore opinions?

Depends what time on Friday or Saturday night. If it's still early (ie before when you normally go out) you can pick up and say you were on your way to the club or whatever. But yeah, appearing busy Friday and Saturday nights can create artificial demand.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
