I know there is generally a rule against advertising but for 5 days it's available for free. I would just like people to read/review it and offer feedback.

It's a short read, about 42 pages and it is a thesis about corporate America's role in stifling masculinity in the workplace. Should only be a 60-75 minute read and I had it professionally formatted to read easy on a kindle or phone.
