Can anyone post a good workout plan please (dont close the thread!!! i know its been asked before!!!) but with no gym included because i actually dont have acess to gym (im 15, i dont know where to find a gym - belive me i think there are no nearby -, i think in my state its illegal to join a gym before 18 without ur parrents approval - and my mum is NOT gonna approve)

Umm actually if you get a part time job and ask your mum to give you permission to join you can tell her you will use your job money to pay for the fees, and bro its 2006 there are gyms in almost every average town, just google your city and gyms and you'll get a huge list.

Either that or grab your car/bike/skateboard and go cruising and look for a gym nearby.

Also use google and find out as much as you can about workout routines etc, if you dont have the will to get your own routine sorted no one else will, its your body your choice, and please dont be a wuss and go get one from some half a$$ trainer, most will give you some lame one that you'l outgrow in 2 months.

Most people do a 3 day or 5 day routine and split their body parts up according to what works best for them, all you can do is just go join a gym and learn there is alot of info on the web etc etc.
