Working overnights-how to meet girls

I recently got a job where I work overnights (8pm-6am). I have off Tues, Wed and Thursday every week. On my days off I do the same sleep schedule so usually wake up at 4pm and go to the gym.

Problem is - how do I meet girls working these hours? The few times I've seen girls at the bars they are out with guy - not single girls looking to be picked up. Even when I go to the grocery store its 9pm and nobody is in there. Its been like this for a few months now and i haven't even talked to a girl in a while. The few girls I had been talking to previously now reject my offers to go out on a Wednesday and say instead "lets go out this weekend", which I can't.

I've worked my share of odd shifts, and you're right, they can play havoc with your social life (and family life). Your days off sound pretty bad, because you're never going to get to go out on the weekend, which most young girls will want to do. Any chance of getting any better hours or days off in the future?

If you could find some girls with a similar schedule to yours it could help. That can be easier said than done though. I know a lot of night shift people go out for breakfast in the morning, maybe that could be a start.

Wont get better days off for a while since I'm new. Possibly a friday in exchange for tuesdays in 6 months but even then i'd be lucky. I like working overnights actually, and I still see most of my friends just dont meet any girls.

Are you crazy? Sun - Wed is the best nights for bagging one night stands. The women out those nights with a friend or two are often looking specifically for SNLs so it's even easier!
