“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Of course it's great to be in good physical condition, but is it necessary to get the women?

I see chicks with fat dudes and really skinny dudes all the time.

Doesnt seem like it would make too much a different if you have all the confidence you need.

If you want to settle for being mediocre, then go ahead... Just don't expect us to endorse it.

After you've been working out for a while, you'll realize that it's more for you than for women. Lifting feels great, gives you a sense of confidence, and is one of those terrific, little accomplishments that adds to your mentality all throughout life. Anyone's who's been consistent at lifting for multiple years will tell you that they definitely do not work out for women.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

you say is it necisery if you already have very high confidence, well it will still give you even more confidence, what you said is like if you got a family car which does 180mph do you need a ferrari if you want to do 180mph, well no you wouldnt need 1 but as you know, no family car does 180mph so your gona need to get a super fast turbo charged sports car.

I agree with most of the replies.

Working out isn't essential to getting a woman, and there is plenty of evidence of that, but being in good physical shape is a sure way to increase your value in the minds of women and, more importantly, in your own mind. When you raise your value in any way, you can raise your standards.

Usually the guys who work out for the sole person of trying to attract women don't last very long in the gym, or they are the poseurs who come in, do a few sets of bicep curls (because let's face it, biceps really are the indication of brute strength), flex in front of the mirror, then call it a day.

Your name alone tells me all I need to know about you. AFC, and proud of it.

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

It's not so much what I'm saying as what I'm asking. Why would you choose for your name something that nobody on the entire site wants to be; something that everyone is either working or has previously worked hard to cast out of their lives and trample into the depths of their memory?

Anyway, if you think that quality girls are going to go for fat guys, by all means keep scarfing down Mickey D's and sitting in your La-Z-Boy. I'll be in the gym.

RE:

well its not necessary BUT think about this, everytime a woman sees a guy on tv that she drools over the guy is usually well built. Not Arnold Schwarzenegger built but usually nice arms, stomach, chest etc. I use that as motivation. Every women loves a nice toned man.

But you should work out for yourself for health and fitness reasons mainly
