How are you guys gonna go about this. I mean u may have vacations... etc.
For me im gonna want to be surfing AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE ( meaning like 4 days a week if im able to..**** i would go everyday if i could lol) but im gonna be too sore from working out... and i dont wanna just stop over the summer .. ( cuz then i have to gain back some muscle) so what do u guys think i should do?

Oh and also i need to also lift for strength around that time.. (since ill need it for surfing... i guess especially the abs and shoulder..? and ill need a lot of endurance as well so i dont get tired from paddling..what do you suggest???)

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Cut on both.. workout less often (3 days a week, for example) and surf a bit less. That way you'll do both, but not be too badly exhausted.

I don't recommend doing a sport 4 days a week and working out 5 days a week.. tho I never surfed so I wouldn't know.

About the strength... surf-specific I don't know, but you should work on being stronger/having more muscle. If you're strong your muscle will produce more power with less energy, so you'll be slower to tire. Oh, and don't focus on only two parts, unless they're a lot weaker than the rest.
