“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Lifting to music pumps me up and I'm stronger than when I don't have it. I've heard that listening to loud music(headphones) while working out might damage your ears?

Anyone know anything about it?

Listening to really loud music does damage your ears. Back in high school the teacher played certain frequencies on some "frequency playing thing" and it got to the point where some frequencies were heard by only 2 or 3 students. The older we get, the more frequencies we lose in our hearing. When we are just born, that is when our hearing is the strongest, loud music and loud noises kill the things that pick them up.

I forget what the physical part in your ear is called. But the point is, loud music hurt your ears, period. Most people won't stop listening to loud music, because it isn't going to kill you. And working out does NOT make a difference, unless you are wearing some sort of headphones that lock onto your ears and they get stuck to your squat bar somehow and you drop the bar to the floor, pulling your ears from your head and leaving them on the floor.

Other than that, loud music doesn't do any worse when you're working out than when you aren't. But very loud music IS bad.

Yeah, I heard about a study done that said that people listening to high-tempo music ran longer than people who liostened to nothing. I say if it makes your workout better, either by making it more enjoyable so you have more motivation to do it or if you work out harder than when you have nothing, then do it. Just not loud, it should be comfortable to hear.

I would say that the music itself over the volume effects my workout more.

Just not loud, it should be comfortable to hear.

I have mine my home gym down in the shed with a stereo. I workout right before college, shower, then go leave the house - while I'm blasting music out, the neighbors are just leaving so I'm lucky.

Headphones however loud you want, as long as you wont lose yourself in the music and come close to dropping a 195lbs barbell on your face when close-grip benching [guy at my old gym almost did that, fool ]
