Working Out and Eating While Working Physical Labour

Hey guys, I just got a job at a golf course where I'll be installing a new irrigation system. I'm basically just going to be digging ditches for 10-12 hours a day, 5 days a week.

Here is My Workout Journal so you can see how I'm training and eating right now. I'm currently doing Rippetoe's 3 day split program and I'm following EFFORT's Simple Starting Diet.

What I want to know is what changes I'm going to need to make now that I have this job so that I can still get the most gains possible. Obviously I'll need to eat more but more specifically what do I need to eat more of? What numbers (calories, grams of carbs, protein, fat, etc.) should I now be looking at?

I'll be starting work at 6am so no time to go to the gym before work, and I don't know if I'd be too exhausted after work. Do you think I need to change my workout routine because of this?

Hopefully I'll get enough breaks to eat regularly, if not, I'm sure we're allowed to drink water while we work so I could just as easily drink whey shakes while I'm working.

Thats a tough spot, diet wise i'd eat everytime the job allows and get a lot of carbo gain and pack that with me everyday to get in lots of carbs while working. When i got home i'd eat a huge meal then get straight to bed.

I'd probably just do 1 workout on saturday at first to see how things adapt.

I've got a new job doing overnight stock work (11pm-7am). While it is kindof physical, the biggest thing is getting used to that type of schedule. I'm gonna still try to lift and go to work. That carbo gain was about $12 for 7-8 lbs when my bro ordered it.
