Performing each others roles to a high level, and supporting one another in those roles. Looking at the big picture, and in it for the long run.
I have 6 uncles on my mom's side of the family. There was only one divorce between 7 of them and it was with a ceating bipolar woman my uncle married. The common theme in the entire family was the men ran the business, and made the money. The women they married ran the home and the kids. Some of my aunts worked but they weren't career women. These were strong men with supportive women on the submissive side.
I also think it makes a difference on where you live. Living in major cities makes it easier to cheat. When you live in a small town in the Midwest, everyone knows your business and there aren't a lot of options.
I know the situation; it's the same here in my country.
But it's changing, for example for those of my generation.
Women work, and men (who you say have their own businesses) are too busy with work, and women cheat on them.
I'd love to hear what kind of men they were, if they were using carrot and stick or non violentopen communication
to make your d1ck hard, and not your life.
Modern women makes both. Btw, great posts!
Your second post really describes what I’m trying to do. Since I changed my attitude, my sisters see me as unpleasant (and they match the type you describe, authoritarian, disrespectful, unhappy).
Even women I meet say things like, “You're so particular, we can't say anything to you.” But for me, it’s about respect. Just like you said.
Still, this attitude often makes me feel more and more alone, because I apply it not just to women, but to everyone in my life.
That said, I have a lot of experience with women who don’t show respect, family, friends. It’s kind of cultural.
Do you have examples from the other perspective?
Where
you’re the king, and women and people around you show you real respect?
Tell us more about that.
ps:
They are scared to voice their own opinions and get bullied by their partners
this is what makes me feel alone in conversation with most of people.
There is a radicated thing in culture that a man should take "sfottone" from her woman everynow and then. Its like a prank.
@Scaramouche What is your story telling?
