“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I have a new job this summer, in which I'll be doing physical labor for about 10 hours a day (landscaping). Will it be unhealthy for me to workout also during the day or should I just count that as my workout?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Man you will have to consume about 10k cals a day.

Not only that but if your doing hardcore work all day, how are you going to have the energy to lift some heavy ass weights after work?

It's not like lifting rocks, but digging holes. Its with an irrigation group, so I'll be digging holes. I figure my triceps will grow a lot, and my shoulders. Im gonna drink 3 protein shakes a day. Ill probably mix some carbs in there too, for energy. Any suggestions?

You wont get bigger at all. Long, hard, stenuous labour doesn't do anything except make you more scrawny and endure more. It will be hard to get big and have a physical job, you would have to eat a lot.

You may want to invest in weight gainer/meal replacements to up your calories as much as possible.

yea you will burn a TON of calories. So the key is going to be eating atleast 4,000 calories a day, honestly. Its tough enough gaining muscle/weight when you are just trying to eat every 2-3 hours, almost joblike. With this type of job you will have you will need to eat a ton of calories, but I say if you can do that daily then YOU will decide how well working out goes. You can work out and get big while having a job like you will be having, but it all depends on how you stay with it. It will ne tough, but just look at it like you are looking forward to your workout everyday, it should pass the time better and keep you motivated. Its all a mind game, and the game is tricking your mind into doing what you want it to do.

You should have no worries about your job effecting your muscle growth, unless your job begins to effect your amount of sleep, your diet, or your motivation to get in the gym 4-5 days a week

It'll be pretty damn hard to bulk up while doing that amount of labor.

But why worry about it man? You'll learn a lot about landscaping, and you'll definately keep in shape. You might not be bulked up, but you'll definately be lean and cut (keep on lifting as much as you can still).

After summer is over, start a bulking plan.

I am naturally around 150-160, and I currently am trying to get bigger.

But in this next year, I would like to train for a triatholon, just for the hell of it. I know that my weight lifting is going to change dramatically and so will my body. I'll be going from bulky to a thinner, leaner look. But, it will be cool anyway.
