"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

There's nothing else.

What we are, have been, and will be for a young woman will come out in moments.
Over time. At intervals. In whispers.
Depending on her life, her momentary happiness, unhappiness, and so on.

And it will have little to do with us, since even the happiest days of a life spent together will fade into the background (or third place) if the young woman, at that moment in her life, is chasing a guy who treats her without the slightest respect, and pays little attention to her.

We take things too seriously.
For them, these are meaningless words, power games, a desire to hurt, etc.
How does a woman gain control a man?? She makes him suffer.

Mentally, psychologically, they'll always be twenty steps ahead of us.
And playing with the psyche of a man in love is fun and entertainment that cannot be denied and will never be denied.
To hell with fairness, with compassion (never expect it). It's just fun.
It's an abuse of power.

And who does it depend on, fundamentally?
On the puppets we are in these situations.
We appeal to fairness, to politeness.
So exposed, so vulnerable.
Every last word left to utter becomes a plausible death sentence.

"I love you and I'll be with you forever" is a string of words. Moments, instants, words, games.
It's good to realize this.
90% of what comes out of a girl's mouth is designed to elicit some kind of reaction (jealousy, suffering, compassion, etc.).
100% of what comes out of a girl's mouth after the end of the relationship, when we're vulnerable and try to win her back is designed to hurt.

You can use those words in the best way possible.
Use them to lose the respect you feel for them.
Use them to masturbate in peace four times a day.
You decide. But still, words.

The best thing to do to avoid the usual "it's my fault, maybe I did something wrong, if I'd done that she would have stayed and blah blah blah" narrative would be to disappear, obviously.
Alternatively, and it's great fun, to disappear after venting your thoughts.
What our brave man should have been doing for months:
"I suffer like a dog every time I see you here in the club.
I love you, and the fact that you're so beautiful doesn't help.
I'm a poor loser and I even asked a priest for help to try to forget your perfect ass.
You should know, you're beautiful. Slut."

And start disappearing again.
But no, never tell the truth to a girl.
As if she doesn't still enjoy watching the emotional antics of a mentally unstable person.

Who we are to a woman is revealed in moments,
over time, in intervals, in whispers, shaped by her joys,
her sorrows, and the shifting emotions of her life.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
