"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Lots of advice here is about getting the girl, but not so much about keeping the girl. In my experience there is one critical thing you have to do to keep the girl.

You have to teach her that she wants you.

You do this by taking away what she has to make her realize she wants it.

Women are too used to being pursued and just saying yes, yes, ok to basically things anyone wouldn't mind doing. It's easy for them to think that what they are doing is not really important to them. You have to make them realize you are important to them.

In every single relationship I have had things change drastically after they really piss me off and I seriously threaten to leave them. This is always when things get good for me because she begins to realize that the relationship is something she wants for herself.

Reason I post this is because I see lots of threads here where dudes are quick to cut off a girl if she does something stupid. I think that mistakes women make are great opportunities to mold them into better companions by growing the relationship. Of course you have to draw the line somewhere. It's also important to have as many tools in your toolbox as possible. It's important to use every opportunity possible to take an authoritarian position in a relationship when you can. To me it's like a super powerful neg hit fueled by guilt and desire.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

People do not value that which they do not have to work for. If you make it too easy for them, then they do not value you. The only why she's going to care is if she has to put some effort into you. Really that's it. And it really only works if she likes you.

I agree completely with OP.

Ive been seing this girl for 3.5 months and a month or so ago she said something I did not like at all when I was driving. So I kind of pulled over and told her something like (with a very serious expression on my face):
me: what did you just say? See this, I did not like that at all
her: but it was a joke... well..., sorry...this kind of comments can happen you know, its normal
me: no, it is not normal.
-- end --
So I stopped talking to her for around 5 minutes and she started to talk to me, saiy sorry etc

We got to the mall, an I just talked to her very briefly while I kept my serious expression, avoiding to look at her, not grabbing her hand etc...so she stopped me, and said that she did not want me to be upset, and that she wont do that ever again.

She really got the message. You know, I am a very fun, charming guy so this was what she had seen of me until that moment. When she suddenly saw me serious and upset, and felt that I might dump her...she understood that I dont take crap from her.

Well, its been 1.5 months or so and everything is ok, no more acid/offensive comments from her.

That is one of the reasons why they try to reingage during NC.

The only situation in which "keeping a woman" is important is when you want to reproduce.

If you're just "dating" and you're smart enough to know marriage is idiotic.. then "keeping a woman" is not really important. Ironically.. once you stop caring about keeping women they tend to stick around longer.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Don't give a girl what she wants. Give her what she needs. One significant need among most women is a guy who does not need them (as he can have his pick of the litter), but wants them. This is a cornerstone value of frame. Every thought, word, act, mannerism, and behavior should begin here.

Walking away from poor behavior is the trigger on the gun. Keep your hand on the trigger at all times. And you may have to pull that trigger a few times before she fully understands that you don't need her.

Man must be taught to be responsible and how to lead his woman and children. (one of the responsibilities of a man is to be faithful to his woman regardless of her looks and appearance, which invariably diminishes/deteriorates as people get older)

Woman must be taught to be responsible and how to follow her man who leads. (the responsibilities of a woman include cooking food, cleaning home, and to be submissive, and be faithful to her man)

If men do not know how to lead, we can't expect women to follow men. That's why men's role and responsibilities come first and to be listed first.

Walking away from poor behavior is the trigger on the gun. Keep your hand on the trigger at all times. And you may have to pull that trigger a few times before she fully understands that you don't need her.
Wants. Needs. You are complicating this.

Walking away is a man's weapon to deal with a woman with sh!tty attitude. However, as men, we all need women with right attitude, and vice versa.

*** If a woman is not attracted to you or does not like you, "walk away" or "stay there," it will have no affect on a woman. A woman is attracted to and likes a man who has some value, so, build value in yourself, aka, self-improvement. A valueless man or a low value man, by walking away, is only making a fool of himself.

Men don't need women with sh!tty attitude. Women don't need men with sh!tty attitude too. Let's not be sexist, let's not be delusional, let's not sound arrogant.....if men do not need women, women do not need men as well because, in this day and age, women can take care of themselves. It goes both ways.

Great post @guru1000

Remember one things, guys. You have very few needs. Air, food, water, and shelter. You don't need any woman, you are with her because you want her in your life. If you believe that you need a woman, you have work to do... on yourself.

Bro I see the point but even if you take away what she has, if something better comes along she will choose it. Women always choose the better option and what benefits them. They are just with the guy because they can't do any better.

Personally I wouldn't "teach" a girl anything. I would just show her 5 other girls are lined up to be my girlfriend. She can act accordingly.
