Women in business

Any of you guys have experience doing business with women?

Since there are a lot of girls in business universities recently, I wonder how they perform in the business environment with their instability in emotion and behavior.

a rich old coot once told me :
1.switch ,never sign a business contract with a woman,this includes marriage.(yes he thought of marriage as a business deal)

2.never rent a house to a woman,rent it to her male

3.never hire females, they cause reduced work efficiency, kill the mood at the office and creat a stand-off between fellow co-workers.basicaly they fvck office politics.

4.a business woman is still a woman, emotional, use that to your advantage.

5. a business woman , will ONLY have sexy time with the boss or the rich guys riding that Maserati

this came from a guy,who after his death was found to have stashed millions and actually has a gold nugget in his pillow lol was also a player in his younger days

Non-stop gossip and complaining.

To your face:
"You're alright but I have to complain about so and so."

Behind your back....

"<Your name> sucks, but <the person I'm telling this too right now> is ok."

Generally, if you're a hot guy or a gay guy or a powerful male boss, you can do no wrong. Female workers will love everything about you.

But if you're a female coworker, a female boss, or an average looking straight guy who isn't the boss, you will be gossiped about and trashed behind your back mercilessly as noted above.

Even women have told me they hate working with other women. They would prefer to work for a guy and with guys.

My boss is a woman. She also owns the company, and makes all the decisions. It's a very small company. There's me and two other guys.

One of the guys is totally whipped. will do whatever she says, whenever. no matter how backwards, pointless or just plain unfair the task is.
he doesn't complain, because for some reason he doesn't see how wrong it all is. he respects her, and BELIEVES her words are 100% truth. He also listens to her wine about sh!t, which takes up a good 75% of our work day.


It's pretty excruciating listening to her make really important decisions based off her emotion.
I've pretty much made it clear that i won't tolerate any **** from her, so she doesn't even test it. She pays me on time, always. she even gives me more money when i ask.

this other guy?
hasn't gotten paid in 4 months.
and he's fine with it.

needless to say, im looking for a new job.

Just wonder how she had the money to become a boss in the first place (maybe relationship)

But I mean I heard that there are many fvcked up female bosses, so the question is why they got promoted to that position with that kind of attitude?
