‘I've been talking to my ex a lot lately. And its crazy but he convinced me to giving him another chance. The one that was threatening suicide. He made an attempt. The police found him in time. I was thinking it wouldnt hurt to try again right? It would cost me nothing and we have always been friends first. Its just been an emotional roller-coaster. Yes my best female friend is dating a needy possesive and jealous guy who looks a bit like a lesbian Kim Jon Il dictator. She seems to be happy with this out of shape toxic mess of a 30 year old man child

whats worse is she quit going to the gym since dating him. He doesnt want her working out with me or other guys and we were supposed to compete at a event together as a mixed doubles hyrox. So i am a little torqued off about it

I think it's very important and mandatory that a dude have healthy friendships with the Men around him, but unfortunately There seems to be no sense of Brotherly comradery or Bro Code that's been found in the 1940s, 50s etc....just guys looking to back stab each other and one up the other so it seems. This is where having faith based communities plays a positive role in regard to this.

girls “like” these type of men because they are controllable, and if the woman got burned before and became hyper vigilant she would rather “date” a low value guy that she controls over a high value guy that she can not control

now, “dating” a guy like this does not mean she is happy or in love or actually likes it,it is just that she finds him not a threat. More or less he has the status of a cat that she keeps around so she does not feel lonely

and occasionally she will sleep with other guys that she actually finds sexy as long as they pose no threat to her control and hyper vigilance

but deep down under this is a just a woman with low self esteem and deep shame, as from what I have seen they actually think that they are broken or unlovable, and that is why they do not want to show vulnerability because they are afraid that if a guy that they like actually see whom they really are they will not like them anymore

very sad dynamic :)

that was just love, Anna karenina married young in an arranged marriage and she fell in love with a guy that actually was quite beta ( according to the red pill lore )

Most of the dynamics can not be explained by alpha vs beta. This alpha vs beta lore was created for cope to sound scientific so it masks that it just a coping mechanism
