But it makes me laugh me to hear that women choose.
They choose IF the man doesn't have (or he believes) he doesn't have other options.

It's all in how you look at things. Men should always aspire to being the best version of themselves first and foremost. And it shouldn't be done for purposes of getting a woman. But, at the same time women do choose who they want to be attracted to. No man gets to walk out onto the street and pick a woman at random with no input from the woman. She must reciprocate that interest, and in this way she is the one who is "choosing" if you will.

The man also chooses, but usually, men don't give a sh1t about anything other than the woman being attractive and not a complete psychopath. Her overall intelligence, her money, her education, and her social status mean very little to us. We just want a beautiful face and body to look at while we bang the sh1t out of her.

Yeah I never look at either way. It is what it is, both sides play a part in selection. Obviously women get propositioned more, apart from odd outlier males.

Yeah was mentioned recently on here about that. It applies to any given environment at the time, rather than 'only' 20% of males are getting laid all the time.

So an average bloke will be in the 80% if in a high end bar, but may be in the 20% at a lower end bar or something like a book club, or wherever the quality/attractiveness of women is lower.

I've encountered it myself when younger/shyer. Would be invisible in certain places, then in certain social circles, night clubs would get a lot of attention.

All because a woman isnt fat i dont find her attractive. Bad teeth, face, tats, piercings etc.
