Women are the new Men?

I doubt women will be taking overany time soon. Things like maternatey leave, having certain "times of the month", menapause, etc etc all the problems assosiciated with being a woman have yet to be sloved and in all likelyhood never will be as it's basic human biological function. That's why men are in leading positions because with men what you see is what you get while with women, there are a variety of things that can effect emotions and thinking that we've all come to concider normal these days. Select women have broken the glass ceiling and become CEOs, Government officials, Judges and what have you but do statisical count in any region and you'll still find them on the lower end of the spectrum in every aspect.

Equal my eye. Women will have to rival men in terms of ground forces in a standing army before I ever concider them equal.
