not halved - i have to be honest. She hasn’t paid 50/50. But, I pay the the mortgage and my own bills. I’m probably better off with her as she pays for food, childcare and holidays. True narcissism is rare, it's a sick pathology of the mind, only about 4% of the population has it. Women throw the term narcissism out any time a guy says "no" or has boundaries, or they use other shaming language like "insecure" or "controlling". I suspect more women than men nowadays have undiagnosed personality disorders, cluster B or whatever, and I can support this by the fact that women have very high rates of mental illness nowdays. I don't know if narcissism is more common in men, but i'm sure it's higher for men nowadays, too.

Indeed, the same goes for people whose exes are all 'NPD' or 'BPD' or 'Psycho'. I already wrote in another thread that you attract what you are. When my dark triad traits were more obvious in my younger years, I attracted my share of dark triad trait women, but when I cleaned up my act and matured, the quality of the women I dated also improved.

It would awesome to hear how you cleaned up your act.
