"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

If The Lust Has Faded, Should I Dump My Great Boyfriend?

Hi Evan, I stumbled across your blog while looking for advice. It’s been really helpful for me so far! I have read what you’ve written on passion and chemistry, and I know you get a lot of questions on this topic. I am 27 and have been with my boyfriend for 3 years. He is the kindest, most compassionate guy I have ever known. He treats me like gold and is just the coolest, most gentle person who understands me completely and is always there for me. I feel safe and calm when I am with him. He makes me so happy and when we are together we have so much fun and I am always so happy I feel like I’m on cloud nine! He really does feel like my soulmate and I feel so lucky to have met someone like him. I love him very much and have a strong feeling that I always want to be there for him and make him happy. There is just one little problem…

I don’t feel that same passion and lust for him as I did when we first met. I am not super excited and giddy around him anymore. I used to want to jump his bones anywhere and everywhere, even in the supermarket. But that feeling has faded and now when we are doing everyday things together like shopping or cuddling on the couch I feel more of a peaceful comfort and warmth with him. Don’t get me wrong, I still find him attractive. I still love to be physical with him and we are constantly touching and kissing and cuddling. It’s just not that exciting anymore; it feels more comforting and warm and loving rather than lustful. I don’t think about him every second of the day anymore, don’t get butterflies in my stomach when I see him and don’t feel nervous, giddy or weak in the knees anymore. When we are together doing ordinary everyday things I don’t feel that intense lust anymore, but rather a warm comfort and joy. This makes me so confused. I love him so much and want to stay with him. I cant imagine being with anyone else. Isn’t a relationship or a marriage supposed to have that intense lust? Would I be wrong to stay in a relationship where the lust has faded? Marisa

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I know where this is going already before I read more. " I have a great, loyal guy, but he's not hot enough to make my gina tingle forever."

Since this guy doesn't make her giney tingle like he used to or a better man came into the picture, the current boyfriend is gonna get dumped and dumped into the friendzone soon.

If I were him, I'd go ghost and find another woman. I smell a dump coming along.

The #1 thing is whether you make her pvssy tingle, this guy obviously forgot that. She also fails to account for the fact that infatuation is like a drug high, it's going to give way to the more stable feeling of love eventually.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Women are nothing more than little children in grown people's bodies. Most immature thing I've ever read. She'll dump him then realize he was the man she wanted all along. I hope she dumps him. She'll be doing him a massive favor.

Wow this dating coach is charging women $50 for a book that tells women why some guy nexted them and it only takes one sentence: that women desire to sleep with men who have other women and don't need one particular woman

The only thing I see this chick doing wrong is not taking some responsibility for her own gratification, which in a very vague and easy way out kind of fashion, she actually is.

It is actually more the 'fault' of the guy, for thinking that a woman in the 21st Century wants nothing more than a nice guy.

The source of the issue:

-I am 27 and have been with my boyfriend for 3 years. He is the kindest, most compassionate guy I have ever known. He treats me like gold and is just the coolest, most gentle person who understands me completely and is always there for me.

-I feel safe and calm when I am with him.

The results of the issue:

-I don’t feel that same passion and lust for him as I did when we first met. I am not super excited and giddy around him anymore. I used to want to jump his bones anywhere and everywhere, even in the supermarket. But that feeling has faded and now when we are doing everyday things together like shopping or cuddling on the couch I feel more of a peaceful comfort and warmth with him.

-When we are together doing ordinary everyday things I don’t feel that intense lust anymore, but rather a warm comfort and joy.

-the lust has faded

Addressing the issue:

http://stagetwo.wordpress.com/2010/05/15/the-conservation-of-discontent/

The conservation of discontent

When a man is demanding, and a bit of an a$$hole, a woman will be loving and sweet in response. This is natural as she will feel herself falling a little deeper in love with him.

When a man is loving and sweet, and a bit too nice to be sexy, a woman will be sh!tty and demanding. This is natural as she will simultaneously feel dissatisfied with him as a man and in a position to push her own agenda.

These two complementary tendencies, I think, are a universal feature of female sexuality. Some women, with awareness, manage to rein them in more than others.

I propose that as a result of these tendencies, the total discontent in the relationship is approximately conserved at all times.

There is a constant amount of discontent to be expressed. The considerate man understands that he must give her a hand expressing it, or she will have to do the whole job.

This is why I will never forego my masculinity ever again. Not for anyone. Ever.

I can't see that much of a problem with it. In all my LTRs, the women's lustfulness waned after a time.
This doesn't mean I accept it - I think it fvcking stinks - but this woman's rant seems pretty commonplace to me.
Doesn't every woman in an LTR have reduced libido after a few years?
Or maybe it's just when they're with me! Lol.
