Why "Whatever You Want" Keeps You Single

She says the movie looks dumb; you suddenly agree. She tests you with a little attitude; you apologize for nothing.

You think you're being easy to get along with. She reads something else entirely: a man with no edges. Nothing to hold on to. No friction, no tension, no reason to wonder what he really thinks.

The "22 Rules" taught me to push back — playfully, calmly, without needing her approval. Strange things happened after that.

So, I go to eat lunch today and sit down at a table after I've gotten my food. There are two women at the table directly across from me, both have kids that are old enough to run around and go play on the playground at the restaurant (McDonald's). There were no infants here mind you. Next thing I know one of the kids that has been running around on the playground, comes inside and sits on one of the ladies lap. That's when the sh!t gets weird. This woman whips out her tittie like she's working at a strip club and the kid goes to town. Not only do I have a mouth full of sandwhich and almost choke to death, but this woman doesn't even TRY to hide the fact that she whips out her tittie and they are not the kind I want to be looking at, trust me! My shock was that the child that was brest feeding was at least 3-4 years old. WTF??? This kid can walk/run around, play on the playground, talk, and she's still sucking on her moms tits???? I mean for God sakes if you're going to breast feed, PLEASE have some respect for others around you and at least TRY to hide it. I've never seen anything like this in my entire life. Not to mention the fact that these two ladies were telling nasty stories the whole time about VERY personal things that strangers like me don't want to hear. I seriously don't want to see a womans titties for the rest of my life. I wish I could unsee what I saw today.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Must have been a single mom. The dad isn't around to lead the child into the next stage of progression: drinking from a cup. I can't count how many single moms I've seen who let a child cling onto their old habits.

The dad needs to not only be the leader of the woman, but the leader of the family. He needs to prepare that child for adulthood. Kids who don't have their father are lost when it comes to absolutely everything.

At that age, it's more about the mother's needs than the child's.... Feminist single mom

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Just another ignorant woman. Imagine how she would castigate with indignation if ever anyone said something to her.

 I just read Slickster's post. Thanks for the chuckle.

Makes me think of years ago when I was a waiter. I was going to my table when I noticed a gorgeous woman breastfeeding, perfect tits hanging out. I almost ran into a wall...

Welcome to feminism: anything naturally feminine is encouraged, while everything masculine is discouraged.

In evolutionary terms, women are wombs and nurturers, while men are providers and protectors. This still comes natural to all of us, yet the male's natural inclinations are no longer appreciated or wanted...at least not in public. Until a war breaks out - then we're right back to being cannon fodder.

Not surprised. I don't know what it's like in your country but where I live, McDonalds tends to attracts a lot of lower life forms pretending to be humans...

Besides, why eat that garbage anyway? McDonalds is like a giant sewer where everybody is eating turds, only the turds have been enhanced with a lot of flavouring so people don't realize what they're eating.

Seriously, whenever I sit inside that place and see all those hopeless beings eating their poisonous sh!tburgers, I get depressed and feel like killing myself...

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Next time just stand next to her. When she looks at you, say "I got next after the lil guy!" But seriously, GTFOO McDonald's.
