"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

About a month ago I was out celebrating my birthday. I won't lie, business has been slow, the job sucks, I was only out because my friend the professor was picking up the tab. I spot a target and one of the regular bro type guys at the pool hall spots her friend. We team up, mind you I just met this guy, and I open the set. A few brews and racks of pool later we get numbers. I get a little make out going. Cool deal.

Over the next couple of weeks my target pretty much blows me off every time I asked her to meet up or hang out. I catch up with my wing and he says the same. As it turns out my target was a student of my professor friend. She started working for him.

Fast forward to Saturday night. The professor invites me out for a nightcap. The three of us (including the professors 24 year old girlfriend) all have a great time and guess who shows up? The targets. My target was pretty chill, but her Brazilian friend was overly happy to see me. The rest of the night my target kept smiling into the professors face while his girlfriend kept scowling. Me and the brazillian on the other hand had a great time and ended up exchanging numbers. She's been texting me ever since.

Now here's the part that's funny to me. The professor and his girlfriend tell me I screwed up because I was "all over the Brazilian all night". LOLWUT? I had to set him straight. A. She was all over me. and B. I gave my target plenty of chances to show the slightest bit of interest. She played it too cool and lost. What I didn't tell him was that it was obvious that she was more into him than me, but of course I can't tell him that with his girlfriend standing right there.

Anyway I'm setting up a date with the Brazilian to go shoot photos this weekend as I have access to some new gear and I want to test it out. An hour after I setting up this photoshoot date, my (former) target texts me that she needs graduation photos. LOL. I told her I already had a shoot lined up for the weekend but I'd call her later. I won't.

The really funny part, I'm so busy with work, job hunting and working on my website, I really don't have time to worry about any of them. Who ever shows interest and shows up wins. The moral of the story? Well I guess there are a few, but for me, my takeaway is Trust in the Anti-Dumps Machine, be busy with your own life. Give zero fvcks. Now lets see if I can get my Brazilian flag.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Good story, I hate b*tches who don't show any interest at all.

That said, there is a healthy balance between passively weeding out b*tches who don't like you and being too active to try to make them like you.

The problem I have with anti-dumps stuff is that it's so passive, vis-a-vis women. Yes you can say "I'm working on myself" and "I shouldn't have to generate interest in b*tches." But that's just poor marketing to me.

Even a Porsche showroom has a sales team. They don't just put the cars out there and expect interested parties to hand them cash. They still have to convince people to buy the things. Everybody is always convincing others to give them what they want.

The whole world is a marketplace -- like it or not -- and if you're not willing to sell yourself to women you're going to lose out to the guy who's not as good as you but has better sales skills.

I'm not saying you should have done that in this case.. sounds like you made the right play. I'm just addressing the anti-dump "machine" concept.

Yah you can't be passive. I mean I made the first move and kept making moves. I gave it my best pitch but she wasn't buying. It's the guys who keeps pitchin that end up bytchin.

Well, didn't work out. Word is the first girl told the Brazilian that I was trying to use her to make her jealous. Then she set them up on a double date and they came in my watering hole to parade their solidarity in front of me. Apparently I'm the bad guy here. lol.

the prof picked up the tab, you winged, and lo and behold you've got a plate. Your game is sound.good keep it up

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.
