wine bottle opened, can be drunk after months?

Ok I opened this red wine bottle drunk half and then left in the fridge for 2 months, is still possible to drink it?

Do I have to look for any sign of something in the taste or the smell?

In general, the rule of thumb is wine is good for three days after opening. Refrigeration slows down the oxidation process, but by how much widely varies. Wine turns into vinegar, so if anything you probably have good vinaigrette salad dressing.

Wine older than a week I only use for cooking.
