Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I've been doing a starting strength routine for about 4 months. I just got back into a martial art I've been doing on and off for a few years. We do a lot of breathing exercises doing slow pushups and squats. Never really do many at once but its enough to make me sore since I haven't done anything like it in awhile.

Generally I stop getting sore a month or two after I get back into it. Will this interfere with my weight gains? Its just once a week right now but I may do it up to three times a week at some point.

You may or may not manage once a week, my guess is you'd get away with it.

If intensity is high and you do it three times a week however, you're Cns might be too drained and your body won't put on any weight. Regardless of food consumption.
