Will the poisoning of the Western Woman mean the downfall of the British Monarchy?

Being stuck in a long line at the grocery store, I started reading some tabloid article about the British Royal Family, and for whatever reason, it piqued my interest, so I did some surfing about it. Anyway, it seems that the future king William is having some marital difficulties with his new bride.

It seems to me that unlike his warrior, rakish brother, Prince Harry, who seems to want to boink anything he can put his royal d1ck into, Prince William is the reluctant beta - i.e., be the good, responsible (nice guy) royal savior that the aging Queen needs to continue the monarchy, after the absolute mess than her children's generation had become. And because of the poisoning of the Western Woman, William's new wife just doesn't seem to be satisfied enough with her enormous status - and the ultimate center of attention wedding to boot - to actually be the good wife - i.e., even a freaking future king needs to game his queen! :crackup: :box: And because of the "proprieties" of his situation, he probably couldn't get away with laying any game (i.e., that would require him to be a bit of a rake like his brother, etc.)

The one I feel for in this situation in the Queen herself - a very loyal servant of her country who came of age during the time when women realized that their most honorable role in life was to be a good wife (even if a queen!) She understands that for the tradition to continue, there has to be a return to the propriety that was instilled in her during her forming years. With virtually all of her children going through divorces (except her youngest, Edward, who I understand many folks suspect of not being hetero), and now her grandson, who she feels can have such propriety, has somehow wound up with a sourpuss wife.

The bottom line is that if today's woman were as respectful of her husband as women in the past (even queens like Elizabeth II & Victoria), this would not be an issue. But because of the poisoning of this age's woman, it is an issue - and quite a shame. I have a feeling that the British Parliament (responding to the will of the people) will end the monarchy because of this - because women have been so poisoned.

No, the wife here was raised in an age before the poisoning, hence she stayed dutiful, and the husband responded in kind. Nowadays a woman needs to have her husband always make her "feel" like she wants to stay married, irregardless of how honorable her husband is.

Hence the rise of asia and the 3rd world where the family unit is still intact.

No, most certainly not.

The Royal Family are perhaps with the Pope of Rome, the most unbreakable institution that was ever founded.

The interesting thing that I find though is quite the opposite to the poster; the "family" did some SERIOUSscreening with Williams wife.

Look at the background of Kate - parents who are steadfast in their marriage; committed and traditional.... you can tell that Kates father rules the household.

It does show a change inthought though in some of the old ruling familys in Europe. They used to go for pedigree, now it personality....the last thing these familys want is a princess diana type scenario with all the BPD ****e that comes with it....

I come from a peniless lower middle class family (my father spent all the gold on horse racing and cards - bastard! but I ended up with a top drawer BPD, because I think she was screened out by her other aristocratic pees as a nut job....i certainly learned the hard way ;(
