going on a 2nd date, chick is DEF. interested. Somewhat low-self esteem. Good body, ugly face. I'm a scumbag, and think its an easy bang so i'm going for it.

I would say 2 or 3. If she has ugly face, then she probably doesnt get much attention from men, so she is probably elated that a guy has shown her interest. In this case, she will probably do whatever you want just to keep you around.

Just getting sex from a girl isn't wrong until you lie to her to get it. Lies would constitute saying stuff about wanting to be her boyfriend, that you love her, etc. Thats the kind of stuff that makes you a scumbag.

You're 22 and she's 19, if you're in the US then you have no legal trouble to worry about.

Hard to tell from reading a post. I'd advice against it though, she's probably gonna fall in love and you'll get her after you if you go through with it. I've done the same and I got really bad couscience for it.
