ok i'm 24 yr old aisan male and from what one freind has said is that i have a receeding hair line. how can i tell if i am going to be bald. i still have hair on my head right now. they say its on the moms side and yes all the males on my moms side are bald except for one male cousin-not sure maybe he wears a wig or a patch. my hair is long as i hardly cut my hair, but thats the reason why.

Unless I'm mistaken, there's no way to test for early pattern baldness. The only way you're going to know if you're going to become bald is by taking it one day at a time...

It's more of a combination of the men on both sides of the family. Is your dad bald? Odds are you probably will be.

My dad is mad bald tho.

I hope it skips a generation, which will suck for my son because he will go bald.

I'm the only one out my 6 close friends that has a bald father.

Me and 1 of the 6 have a full head of hair.

It's a female recessive gene check your mothers father hair.

mothers's father was bald? Ive seen some guys with lots of baldness by age 32

my father has a high hairline and he has the slicked back hairstyle
but it's only receding on the corners, he isnt bald and he's over 65

It's all in your genes. Check for baldness in your family: father, uncles, grandfathers...

you go bald at anytime....i know an 18 year old kid and a 24 year old that started balding, it's all in your genes.......if you're that worried about it get some rogaine
