“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I'm getting a bit bored with weight lifting and my "eat anything that has protein in sight" diet is causing me to look chubby (not so much gain weight). I've been in track for the past few years, but I hate practice and the coach is lenient so I don't go most days to be honest.

What I do though is go to the local boat landing 3-4 times a week and run hills. The hill is pretty steep and overall it's probably 75-100 meters to go from the bottom stretch to the top of the hill. I run full out 100% and feel like I'm going to die after about 6 of them.

I've read hills are a great way to increase your overall speed and sprinting is the best way to lose weight and sculpt a great body.

What are your takes on this? I'm gonna try and clean up my diet in the process.

-----------

I'm also doing this to make me faster and improve my endurance for the 200 meter.

If you run up and down hills and don't weight train you'll just get the 'marathon runner' look eventually, as all your muscle will get burned up. Even if you do weight train and eat right, the running will burn muscle mass, thus taking you longer to get bigger.

I THINK I'm right in saying sprinters don't get big by sprinting, they get big by weight training, which gives them the explosive power need to be world class at sprinting.

I'm reasonably big in terms of muscle, but I still have chub around my stomach and I think I have gystocania (that ***** tit disease).

I will keep lifting weights, I just want to incorporate more cardio and help my sprinting.

My chest is pretty strong and is solid when flexed, and firm when not, yet near the nipple it's always soft and tender. Pisses me off.

Again, listen up! I will continue weights I just want feedback on if doing hills is one of the best ways to do cardio.

it will get you conditioned but you will lose muscle mass.

as for your nipples, it sounds like you need to lose some fat off your chest.

Jesus, people on here act like if you move at all other than while lifting weights you're suddenly going to become an Ethiopian. Sprinting hills a few times a week isn't going to hurt you.
depends how much muscle you have to lose. at 240 I know anything other than light cardio will over time, cause me to lose muscle. the body is an adaptive organism and a 240lb guy is not an efficient sprinter. so the body will burn off muscle to make said guy a more efficient sprinter. when adapting from one state to another, muscle is more expendable than fat.. especially since our bodies don't WANT to be 240-270lbs of ripped monstrosity. for a buck sixty guy there's not much to worry about, he hasn't got enough muscle mass for the body to use it as a fuel source.

Your right there. Im a sprinter myself and only short explosive reps create high leg power. size and look only comes from the heavy weights in lower body as well as explosive pace.
