woah!!! this isnt entirely true i have a female friend younger who only tells the truth. i ask her advice a lot. she tells me to focus on myself an kids. not the female. she is really wise. my mom is another one she says im to nice.
She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.
Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.
The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.
I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
THIS. Also, what Mike said.bigneil said:The general rule is "Never ask a woman advice about another woman". Because either:
A) She likes you so she doesn't want you to score with other women.
or
B) She doesn't like you so she doesn't want you to score with other women.

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?
She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."
She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.
I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.
Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

I hate you for the sacrifices you made for me.
I hate you for every time you ever bled for me.
I hate you for the way you smile when you look at me.
I hate you for never taking control of me.
I hate you for always saving me from myself.
I hate you for always choosing me and not someone else.
I hate you for always pulling me back from the edge.
I hate you for every good word you ever said…
Blood, blood, blood, pour more through my veins.
Shut your dirty, dirty mouth. I’m not that insane.
Blood, blood, blood, pour more through my veins.
I’m a dirty, dirty girl. I wanna feel sane.

I love you for everything you ever took from me.
I love the way you dominate and you violate me.
I love you for every time you gave up on me.
I love you for the way you look when you lie to me.
I love you for not believing in what I say.
I love you for never once giving me my way.
I love you for never delivering me from pain.
I love you for always driving me insane..
Blood, blood, blood, pour more through my veins.
Shut your dirty, dirty mouth. I’m not that insane.
Blood, blood, blood, pour more through my veins.
I’m a dirty, dirty girl. I wanna feel sane.

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.
She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.
Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.
So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.
The words come later. The impression comes first.
